Benefits wheel presentation in Windsor

Benefits Counselor Penny Humphrey will explain Care Connection’s Benefits Enrollment Center, which offers screenings and enrollment assistance in many money-savings programs for seniors.
Humphrey’s presentation includes an opportunity for people to test their knowledge by spinning a wheel and answering questions for prizes. It’s free and open to the public.
