A Matter of Balance is ideal for adults 60 years and older, who are ambulatory and able to problem solve. Anyone concerned about falls, individuals who have sustained falls in the past or restrict activities because of concerns about falls should consider these classes. Additionally, these classes cater to individuals interested in improving flexibility, balance and strength.
