Nutrition Program
Good nutrition is a key component to ensure seniors maintain a high quality of life and remain healthy and happy in their own homes. The congregate
setting offers not only a nutritious meal, but many opportunites for socialization, education and health and wellness programs.   Home delivered meals are available to those who are aged 60 and over and homebound. Menus include an entree, vegetables and/or fruit, homemade bread, dessert and milk. Menu cycles change quarterly to reflect seasonal favorites. Meals are offered through our network of twenty-four centers within the thirteen county service area.
