Property Tax Credit Assistance – Nevada

The Neal Center in Nevada will have a staff member available on February 23  from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to help seniors to apply for Missouri Property Tax Credit, also known as Circuit Breaker. Seniors who qualify may receive up to $750 annually if they are renters or $1,100 if they own their homes.  Participants applying for a Missouri Property Tax Credit need to bring photo identification, proof of Social Security numbers, as well as a receipt for paid property tax or a receipt for total rent paid. The property tax rebate may be applied retroactively for three years.  To make an appointment contact the Neal Center at 417-667-5847.
