Tai Chi for Arthritis will be offered online via Zoom twice weekly beginning June 2. These sessions will take place at 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Tai Chi is a proven Ancient Chinese meditation exercise that features slow, precise movements. The exercise can improve balance, mobility, strength and flexibility. Tai Chi also decreases pain and helps prevent falls.

Care Connection is offering the class online to continue our wellness programs during the time our senior centers are closed to the public.
