The Margaret Gray Center in Lexington will have a staff member availableto help seniors to apply for Missouri Property Tax Credit, also known as the Circuit Breaker. Seniors who qualify may receive up to $750 annually if they are renters or $1,100 if they own their homes. Participants applying for a Missouri Property Tax Credit need to bring photo identification, proof of Social Security numbers, as well as a receipt for paid real estate tax or a receipt for total rent paid.
