Need a Covid-19 vaccine? We can help

Covid-19 vaccines are easier to find than they were a few weeks ago in many counties. However, we are still here for older adults who need help finding the immunizations, using the Internet to register for a vaccination, or getting transportation to the vaccine.

Care Connection is one of 10 area agencies on aging in Missouri under contract to help older adults navigate the system to find a Covid-19 vaccine. In addition, our navigators can help older adults get transportation to get the vaccine.
