Walk with Ease through the Arthritis Foundation is an evidence-based program that has been proven to help people with arthritis or other related conditions reduce pain, increase balance, strength and walking pace, and improve overall health. This course is six weeks, three times a week for one hour. We will be meeting on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 8:00 a.m. starting on April 6th and ending on May 14th.
