Fall Fish Fry at the Sedalia Senior Center

The Sedalia Senior Center will be having a fish fry on Friday, September 28th from 4 to 7 PM. Menu includes fried fish, baked pineapple ham, green beans, baked beans, hash brown casserole, potato salad, cornbread, drinks, and desserts. All you can eat for $10.00! Proceeds benefit meal programs for Pettis County seniors. Our goal is $2000.00. Thank you for your support!

Huge Yard Sale and Bake Sale in El Dorado Springs

The El Dorado Springs Senior Center will have a huge, two-day yard sale and bake sale fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1. We are accepting donations of clean, gently used items from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays until the sale. We cannot accept clothes, television sets or mattresses. ‘Matter of Balance’ to be offered in Brunswick

Care Connection for Aging Services will offer an eight-session course called “Matter of Balance,” beginning Aug. 6, in Brunswick. The course, which is geared toward people 60 and older, addresses the issue of falling, a problem that results in serious injuries among seniors every year.
