Do you provide care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia? You are not alone. We know that caregiving can be stressful, that’s why we are offering this program at no cost. This program for family caregivers will teach stress management techniques, and relaxation and coping strategies.

This group will meet Wednesdays, February 7 through April 3, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Warrensburg Senior Center
