Chair Yoga mimics traditional Yoga except we use a chair for improved balance and stability. In this class, you can safely improve your health, gently stretch muscles, increase flexibility, strengthen the body, improve circulation, enhance range of motion, calm the mind, and increase body awareness.

The classes are free to people 60 and older. Must register online below or call us at 1-800-748-7826 to receive a Zoom link.
