As Care Connection for Aging Services celebrates fifty years of service to west central Missouri, we recognize that the needs of seniors in our region are constantly evolving. We are asking everyone to complete a needs assessment to help us shape the programs and services we offer you and your neighbors. It asks a variety of questions intended to help us learn what programs and services will be most beneficial to seniors in the community.

Whether or not you currently use the services that Care Connection provides, your response is important to helping us remain mission focused to provide opportunities to create positive aging experiences. The input you provide is crucial in making our communities better for everyone.
