Our Area Plan

Care Connection for Aging Services is soliciting comments on our FY27 Area Plan through October 30 2026. The plan includes detailed data, specific goals, and actionable strategies designed to expand and sustain the agency’s services, ensuring the agency meets the needs of the growing older adult population. The plan also ensures compliance with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) guidelines and the Older Americans Act, while prioritizing those with the greatest social and economic needs.

All public comments are welcome and should be directed via email to information@goaging.org with Area Plan in the subject line, or mailed to P.O. Box 1078, Warrensburg, MO 64093. All comments should be received no later than October 30, 2026. Comments will be included and addressed in the final copy of the plan.
