While we no longer have a physical center in Windsor, Care Connection remains committed to providing home-delivered meals and services to the community. Many of our exercise and wellness programs are offered online either on the Zoom platform or on Facebook Live. Through our Fit Club program, you will find classes on “Living a Healthy Life,” “Matter of Balance,” and exercises such as Tai Chi for Arthritis and “Walk with Ease.” Visit our events page to see the selection and register. Our Care Manager is available by appointment to help connect you with everything from the right Medicare plan to in-home services and information about financial benefits for food and medical expenses.
